Cold Weather Clothing Event

StreetWise Georgia is hosting a Cold Weather Clothing Event to help families prepare for the colder season. Families will be able to select coats and warm clothing items based on availability.
Appointments are required and must be scheduled in advance using the button below.
While all eligible families may register, we strongly encourage large families with children to sign up, as winter clothing needs can be especially significant for growing households.
Spots are limited and will fill quickly. Please schedule your appointment as soon as possible.
Please note that No-Shows will lose ALL StreetWise services for 12 weeks (including Regular Weekday, Working Family Pantry, and Mobile Food Pantry) and will not receive any other invitations for non-food item related events for 6 months.
How to Use the New Scheduling System

Step 1 — First Time Set-Up
After using the client portal button featured above, select “Reset Password”. Next, enter the email address you have previously used to make appointments.

Step 2 — Reset Your password
Check your inbox for an email to create your account. Click the link in that email to reset your password and to create a new one—this step officially activates your account. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 3 — Create Your New Password
After creating your password, you will now be redirected to sign in to your client dashboard again. Log in using the same email address that received this link, along with the password you just created. This is where you will make an appointment.

Step 4 — Make Your Appointment
In your client dashboard, you will see the different appointment types, along with their dates and times available to you. Please select the desired appointment type, date, and time.
After selecting, “Book Appointment” you must agree to the Terms and Conditions. Please read before proceeding.

Step 5 — Confirming Your Appointment
After agreeing to the terms and conditions, your screen will give you an “appointment booked” pop-up. This means your appointment has been booked successfully.
You should also receive a confirmation email and text message with important information about your upcoming appointment. Please read the email thoroughly and follow the instructions in your text message.

Step 6 — Documents and Forms
Please follow the instructions in the text message or login to your client portal to finish all forms and documentation 72 hours BEFORE your appointment. All appointments will now be made by logging in to your client portal.
