Job Corps: Free Career Training & Education for Young Adults (16–24)
Job Corps is a free education and job training program that helps young adults build real skills for a lasting career. Participants can earn a high school diploma or GED, learn a trade, and get hands‑on experience in fields like health care, welding, IT, culinary arts, construction, office administration, automotive repair, and more.
The Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center offers:
Free career training with industry‑recognized certifications
Advanced training opportunities in in‑demand fields
On‑campus living, meals, health services, and support
Career counseling and job placement help
A safe, structured environment focused on student success
Who’s eligible: Young adults ages 16–24 who meet income qualifications.
